Join us to explore the famous underground lake, where you can row a small boat through the cave waters. It’s a unique combination of natural beauty, history, and hands-on experience — the kind of day you’ll remember long after.
Your adventure:
Meet at Budapest Népliget at 8:00am, and travel together to Tapolca (approx. 3 h with 10 min stop in Veszprém),
Cave boat adventure — explore the underground caves, then take a 20-minute self-guided boat ride on the lake inside the cave, feeling the magic of this hidden world. Note: the cave is not recommended for people with claustrophobia,
Lunch at a local favorite —enjoy a relaxed meal with a variety of options, including Hungarian classics, Mediterranean dishes, and vegetarian choices (optional).
Discover Malom-tó and the watermill — a historic spot where water, history, and nature come together, perfect for a walk and a few memorable moments,
Return to Budapest in the evening by direct bus, carrying stories and memories from a day unlike any other.
