From March 20–22, we travel together from Budapest to Banská Štiavnica, a historic town hidden inside an old volcano and protected as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This is a backpacking-style journey, moving by trains and buses, sharing the road, and enjoying the adventure of traveling slowly.
We arrive Friday evening, settle into Penzion Nostalgia, one of the town’s oldest hotels, share dinner, take a relaxed night walk, and end the day with our signature sound and somatic session held in a 100-year-old wine cellar, designed to help the body fully release and drift into deep rest.
On Saturday, we hike through the forests, lakes, and hills around Banská Štiavnica, reaching the ruins of Hrad Glanzenberg. With breathtaking views over the valley and traces of the old castle, this trail blends nature, history, and adventure. At a special ancient Stone Age site, we pause for a Spring Equinox ceremony, connecting with the energy of the season in a place full of history and meaning.
Sunday is for warm water and rest. We visit the Jaskynný parný kúpeľ – Parenica, a natural cave steam bath with water at 42 °C, where stone walls and mineral springs create a unique, relaxing experience before our afternoon journey back to Budapest.
This weekend is for those who love traveling light, hiking, nature, and immersive experiences — small group, full of care and shared adventure.

Shared apartment with twin beds: €275 per person (105,600 HUF)
Single room (for those who prefer a bit more privacy): €350 per person (134,000 HUF)
