Take a break from your week. Join us for a gentle sound journey inspired by the Moon, with live acoustic music and tea tasting
For one hour, you’ll rest comfortably while gentle sound frequencies help your mind and nervous system relax. There’s nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to go. Just time to let go of the week and reconnect with yourself.
When you arrive, you can slow down and settle into a cozy spot in the studio. Soft blankets and pillows are provided so your body can fully relax. The space is prepared with natural, warming aromas to support calm breathing and a feeling of safety.
The sound journey for this session is inspired by the Moon. We work with real lunar sound data — soft frequencies taken from astronomical recordings — and blend them live with acoustic instruments such as Tibetan bowls, drums, Koshi chimes, harp, and more. The result is a grounded, immersive sound experience that supports emotional balance, clarity, and inner calm.
The evening ends with 30 minutes of live acoustic music and a guided tea tasting. Sit together, sip carefully selected teas, and enjoy the warm, relaxed community atmosphere — a moment to connect, feel grounded, and let the sound journey gently settle into your body.
