We begin with grounding breathing exercises to settle the mind, soften the nervous system, and arrive fully into the present moment. From there, we move slowly and intentionally through a mindful Hatha sequence, using the breath as an anchor to deepen awareness in the body.
Each posture becomes an invitation to listen inwardly, release tension, and cultivate steadiness and ease.
The yoga class ends with a long, restful Savasana and a 10-minute guided meditation, allowing the body to fully absorb the benefits of the practice while resting in deep presence and stillness. Expect a calm, steady pace, spacious transitions, and moments of quiet integration.
