3 Days Yoga Retreat - Deep Healing and Relax

Retreat Key Activities:

• Daily Yoga Classes: multi style from energizing to restorative,
• Daily Meditation sessions:  floating meditation in the heated pool and water meditation for deep healing (outside water)
  
• Wonder Cacao Dance and Sound Journey: unique mix of movements and stillness guided by cacao mama to restore the hearth chakra and dance out all the tensions, 
• Floating DMT breathing and psychedelic sounds :  unique experience of breathwork in the heated pool followed by a mystical sound journey, 
• Full Board Meals: vegetarian style, cooked with love and care by our chef,

Accommodations and Prices:

 You can choose different types during the ticket purchase:

• Luxury Yurt Tent (heated, toilet in the main house) : 75.000 HUF (in Limited Early Bird Discount). Consists in a mixed shared yurt x 6,

• Triple room (heated and with shared toilet): 80.000 HUF. It has a bunk bed and a single bed,

What is included? 

• All the activities (yoga&meditation classes, cacao dance, etc..)
• Unlimited usage of the wellness area (from Saturday to Sunday)

What is not included?

• Transportation to the venue

Location and check in : Napmajor Farm Ladánybene

Transportation: By direct bus from Budapest Nepliget number 628 (2h journey approx.). Departing time 3.30 PM

*by car is 50 min from Budapest and you can park inside the farm free of charge

What to bring? 

Refillable water bottle, warm clothes, swimming suites and flip flop, extra snacks, yoga clothes, extra towel.
