Following the event, continue your wellness experience with a soak in our outdoor jacuzzi surrounded by forest trees and a delicious vegetarian dinner is added to your evening.
The Three Masters:
Blue Lotus flower tea (Egypt) with Rhododendron mad-honey (Turkey)
💠 The healing power of blue lotus flower was known by the Egyptian pharaohs.
Blue lotus is a sacred plant, which works wonderfully on opening the third-eye center, the place where our intuition resides. Third-eye represents the door between the physical world and other realms.
Dopamine activation breathing
🌬️ Breathwork is a simple technique, which hyper-oxygenates the body and activates natural chemicals that your body produces. In this state, negative emotions are released and cleansed allowing you to see past previously perceived limitations and reach higher states of consciousness.
🎶 The music will be a gentle fusion of cosmic symphonies (real space sound recordings), echoes of sacred instruments (Tibetan bowls, ocean drums, rattles, drums, angel harp etc..) and ambient psychedelic melodies (inspired by the masters of this musical genre).
‼️ This is a drug-free space. No alcohol.
💫 Do not eat anything heavy at least 3 hours before the breathork. No meat on this day - if possible. Stay light. Stay clean.
There are no special requirements to attend this event.

**If you are by car please enquire about the location of the parking and arrive by 14.30PM to Tahitótfalu.
Pick up from Szentendre bus station is at 2PM (if you are late, you will miss the programs, so please be on time!!)
