A soulful hike is a meditative journey through mother nature, inviting reflection and spiritual connections by following the rhythm of our steps.
Program:
- Meet up at VOLÁN Autóbuszforduló P+R parkoló,
- Ice breaker to know each other (bring your packaged breakfast if you like)
- Hike to the ancient roman ruins, where we will hold an intense meditation session celebrating our ancestors,
- Continue the hike to the Dera Canyon where we can rest and have lunch together ,
- Heading to our last stop to experience the Ananda Mandala Breathwork for BLISS at the Healing Star with drumming (watch out! this place has very strong energetic field!!)
How difficult is it?
🟢🟢 🟡Easy to medium ( if you can go up to the 4th floor by stairs without issues, this is the hike for you)
Distance: 7.5 KM, mixed terrain, elevation min 300 - max 421 (mostly flat)

What should I wear/bring?🎒
Comfortable clothes, hiking boots or good hiking shoes (it's important!), polyfoam/towel or anything to sit on for meditation practices, water, lunch/snacks.
